Jocelyn Bardot is as a Research Assistant and PhD Student at the eScholarship Research Centre.
Since August 2017, Jocelyn has worked as a Research Assistant on the ‘Return, Reconcile, Renew’ (LP130100131) and ‘Restoring Dignity’ (LE170100017) Australian Research Council (ARC) projects.
In February 2017, Jocelyn commenced her PhD at the ESRC and School of Culture and Communications at the University of Melbourne. Her doctoral research maps networks of museum exchange that have resulted in the global dispersal of Aboriginal cultural items. Between 2017 and 2019, Jocelyn’s PhD project included the research of museum collection and exchange archives held at over 30 museums across Australia, Europe and the United States of America. The ESRC’s Online Heritage Resource Manager (OHRM) is a key research tool employed in her doctoral project.
Jocelyn holds a BA in Archaeology and a Master of Museum Studies.
